Play Space Rules

We want our play space to remain welcoming, safe, and enjoyable for our customers and guests.

By booking the space, you agree that:

•Gambling, wagering, and games primarily associated with gambling, including poker, are not permitted.
•Illegal activity is not permitted.
•Harassment, threatening behavior, excessive disruption, or unsafe conduct is not permitted.
•Activities must remain appropriate for a general-audience retail environment where children and families may be present.
•Selling merchandise, soliciting customers, fundraising, charging admission, or conducting other commercial activity requires prior approval.
•Decorations, signage, equipment, and other installations must receive approval when applicable and may not damage the store or interfere with normal operations.
•Guests are responsible for respecting the space and following instructions from store staff.
•The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring their group follows these rules.
